Please help me

I am a 31 yr female US citizen. I have been searching for my biological father for many years with out any success. I believe him to be in your country, which is where he is from. He was known in the US as Lawrence Albert Town, but I believe he goes by the name Lorenzo Alberto Town or Lesseur (which is his Mother's maiden name). On the internet I came aross some information that a Lorenzo Alberto Evar Town Lesseur was sentence to 10 years in prison for a narcotics charge May 22, 1998. I do know my biological Father's date of birth is 10/26/51. Any information you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
