All we ever hear in the US is how socialist Venezuela is and how much we should all hate and distrust Chavez...how socialist is Venezuela? Is everything subsidized by the state? Is the cost of living much cheaper as a result? I am thinking about maybe moving there because at this rate I won't survive another year in the US with my current pension!

Hi there, I am wondering about the prices in the country of Venezuela where I plan to move. I would like to have an updated one and so if you can share here any good information regarding this matter and any useful links then that would be greatly appreciated.
